You can stop paying taxes anytime. However you also need to stop using anything that the government provides to society, your accises and import duties are a tiny amount of money that won’t pay for anything you use.

So no roads for you I am afraid, no traffic lights, no cops, no tribunals to enforce you are not hurt or scammed or robbed. You cannot use any public offices, obtain any papers whatsoever, you can’t drive a car... You can’t use your phone or computer that required public funded research and public infrastructure.. and the Internet will be grateful to you for that. Well you cannot do anything at all that requires a society.

So now take your prepper backpack, head to the middle of some desert, don’t use the roads to go there, remember, and never interact with society again.
